4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Canada. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Pr1me is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a return. Perishable items such as food and treats are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pr1me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Pr1me and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
